But if you do, we have -the- Ariel Anderssen and we don't go easy on her. We tie her legs spread by a bamboo. Then tie her hands to the same bamboo. What we do next is just brutal.

Next we tie her next to the overhead suspension point and suspend her spread legs to the same point. This results in a delicious struggle (for us) for balance...
